By completing this registration form you have read, understood and agree to all terms and conditions of bookings including cancellation policies, privacy statement and security requirements as stated on the Conference website. 

NOTE: Fees listed are exempt of sales tax and all costs are shown in USD. Confirmation of your registration will be sent by return email once your online booking is completed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received in writing to the Conference Organizer by September 10, 2022 will be accepted and all fees refunded. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and cannot be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Organizer’s Office prior to the Virtual Conference.
